Tours Itinerary:

Day 1 : Casablanca – Rabat

The driver will meet you at the airport in Casablanca. Depending on the time of your arrival, our driver will take you to do a little exploring; you will see the Cornish and Hassan II mosque, which considered the third largest mosque in the world. We will continue to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco where you will have the chance to see the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of Oudaya before you go to your riad/Hotel at the heart of the medina.

Day 2: Rabat – Assilah – Chefchaoun

After having breakfast at your riad/hotel, our journey will start by driving to Chefchaoun through Assilah. Here we will stop to give you the chance to explore this city that Assilah is known for its painted walls which many famous artists give their touch in. You will also see the Skalla fortress where you will see the wonderful views of the medina and the ocean. After that, we will continue over the foothills of the Rif Mountains to Chefchaoun and spend the night at your hotel.

Day 3: Chefchaouen Guided Tour

After breakfast, you will start exploring the blue city of Morocco; Chefchaoun the beautiful unique city with its white walls, blue doors, and windows. Unlike many cities of Morocco, Chefchaoun was occupied by Spain, that’s why there is much influence from the Spanish civilization and Moorish architecture. In the afternoon, you will have some free time and this provides the chance to have an unguided walk or just enjoy your own time by yourself before returning to your hotel to spend the night.

Day 4: Chefchaouen – Fes

After breakfast, you will head to Fes via Volubilis. In this roman site, you will see the beautiful mosaics in Morocco that date back to the 3rd century BC. You will have a guided tour of the site and learn about the Roman Empire; after that, we will continue our way to Meknes where you will have the chance to see the fascinating gate Bab Mansour that was built by the sultan Moulay Ismail. You will also explore the granary and the Sahrijsouani which is used for irrigation and plantation. The visit also includes the tomb of Moulay Ismail. After that, we will continue through the highway to Fes. You will stay overnight at your riad.

Day 5: Fes Guided Tour

No driving today, as you will start exploring Fes, the spiritual city of Morocco. You will spend the morning seeing the medina and its alleys, visiting the sites with cultural and historical interest. First, you will explore the famous Al Qaraouine Mosque. Secondly, you will visit one of the oldest universities in the world, the Madrassa Bouanania, the Tanneries, and the Najjarine fountain. After having lunch, we will go outside the medina to explore the Royal place gate and have a walk through the Jewish quarter. Then, we will take a look at the pottery cooperative. In the afternoon, you will get high for an amazing panoramic view of the whole Fes. Overnight is at the same riad.

Day 6 : Fes – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz valley – Merzouga

We will drive to Merzouga after breakfast. You will first stop in Ifrane, Midelt and the Ziz valley. Today you will see the middle and the high Atlas Mountains, you will stop at the famous cedar forest where you will see the monkeys; while we carry on our way you will notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach Errachidia. We will stop in Midelt for lunch; after that, we will continue along the Ziz valley and we will stop for the panoramic views along the way to give you the chance to take pictures. We will pass by Erfoud and Rissani. Here we will visit the weekly market. Arriving in Merzouga at the end of the day, you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea at your hotel. Sahara tours

Day 7: Merzouga – Erg Echebbi

After having breakfast, we will start our journey by visiting the Gnaoua people originally slaves brought from Sudan to enjoy their music and lifestyle. We will drive over the dunes by taking a 4X4 car. You will meet nomad families that still living in Berber tents and explore their way of life. You will have a local meal “Berber pizza” for lunch. After that, you may have some free time to relax and in the afternoon you will ride your camel through the Erg Echebbi’s dunes. Upon your arrival at your desert camp, you will have dinner under the stars while enjoying Berber music over the sand dunes.

Day 8: Merzouga – Todra gorges – Dades gorges

You will have to wake up early morning to watch the sunrise under the sand dunes. While riding camel back to your hotel, you will have the chance to take pictures of what may be the best sunrise moment of your life. After that, you will see an amazing view of the dunes changing with the light as the day progresses. After having breakfast and a fresh shower in your hotel, we will continue our journey to Dades valley. We will visit the narrowest gorge in Morocco as you walk on the canyon of Todra gorges. After lunch, you will enjoy a guided walk through the gorges and nearby mud-villages to meet locals and learn about their culture. We will carry on to Dades valley where you will spend the night.

Day 9: Dades gorges – Rose valley – Ouarzazate

Following the breakfast in your hotel, we will go through the Dades valley to Ouarzazate passing by KelaatMagouna. This road is called the road of thousand Kasbahs. This will give you the occasion for many pictures. You may want to stop in KelaatMagouna “the city of roses” to buy the rose water, it will make you smell good a long time after your trip ends. We will continue to Skoura. Here you will visit the Ameridil Kasbahand then stop for lunch in a traditional Moroccan restaurant. We will continue to Ouarzazate “the Hollywood of Africa”, which attracts many world-class movie producers. Overnight will be at the hotel in Ouarzazate..

Day 10: Ouarzazate – Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will head to Marrakech. First, we will visit the Kasbah of Taourirt then the studio movies. You will not visit Ouarzazate without going to the famous Kasbah of Ait ben Haddou; the UNESCO world heritage site that was built by Thami Elglaoui at the end of the 19 century. After that, we will continue through the majestic TiziN’Tichka pass in the high Atlas Mountains. There will be plenty of stops to enjoy the views and take pictures. We will arrive at Marrakech to spend the night at your riad in the medina of Marrakech.

Day 11: Marrakech Guided Tour

No driving today as you will start exploring the red city of Morocco. Your guide will take you to see some historical sites as you will see the famous Jamaa Lafna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian tombs, and the Badiaa and Bahia palace. Last but not least, you see the famous QoranicSchool Ben Youssef Madrassa. Lunch will be in a restaurant near the square. In the afternoon you will visit the Majorelle garden and you will have a walk at Guiliz; the new city neighborhood of Marrakech before returning to your Riad.

Day 12: Marrakech – Ourika

We will start our trip around 9:00 am from you riad. After a short drive into the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains, we will take the road along the Ourika valley. we will stop to see the breathtaking landscapes that are full of vibrant colors as we move through the hillsides. Our second stop will be in a traditional house of a Berber family who open their home to visitors who wish to enjoy their surroundings. The family will welcome you by offering tea and serve their local food. After that, we will continue to the famous Setti Fatma, the favorite weekend destination for many Moroccans. Highly appreciated for its 7 waterfalls, you will explore the region which still practices a medieval agricultural tradition and walk around the valley to give you the chance to take pictures. Then, you will hike with a local guide to the first waterfall. After the hike, you will be back for lunch in a nice restaurant with a beautiful view of the mountains. Day 13: Marrakech – Essaouira

After breakfast, we will depart from Casablanca to the seaside of Essaouira; a relaxed drive lined with argan oil cooperative. You will discover the UNESCO world heritage listed city; as you will visit the Skalla fortress. You will have a walk through the streets of the medina. The lunch will be in a Moroccan way, freshly bought fish” cooked to order”.In the afternoon, you will have free time to walk around, go to the beach and enjoy time for yourself. You will have the chance to take pictures of the sunset over the blue sea. You will spend the night at a riad.

Day 14: Essaouira – Casablanca airport

After having breakfast, we drive to Casablanca. Our driver will drop you off at the airport for your departure flight, and your tour ends with a wish to see you again.
